A good poker player will be able to extract maximum value from winning hands and minimise losses from losing ones. This is called the “Min-Max” strategy. In order to do this, you should master your meta-skills which include opportunities, strategy and execution.

To win a hand of Poker, you must have at least one of the following: a full house contains 3 matching cards of 1 rank and 2 matching cards of another rank. A flush contains 5 consecutive cards of the same suit, and a straight contains 5 consecutive cards of different suits. The best hand is a royal flush, which contains the highest-ranked card in each suit and the rest of the cards are in sequence.
